Our product medik allows the management of medical appointment scheduling through WhatsApp Business conversations. By messaging us through this channel, you agree to receive messages related to your appointments at the phone number provided. You can stop receiving these messages at any time by replying STOP in the conversation. Use of medik is additionally subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms.

5. Nature of the Service and Medical Emergencies

medik is an administrative scheduling and communication tool; it does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It must not be used in the event of an emergency: if you are facing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. The clinical relationship and responsibility for health care always rest with the healthcare provider institution, not with KREADU.

6. Minors

Use of our services, including medik, requires that you be over 18 years of age or acting on behalf of a minor patient as their parent or legal guardian.

7. Limitation of Liability

KREADU S.A.S. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
